From 90 days of receiving the goods you may claim a refund, repair or replacement if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. You must notify us within 90 days of receiving the goods and return them within a further 14 days.

We offer a 14 day ‘change of mind’ refund in addition to your 90 day guarantee. You must notify us you have changed your mind within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them within a further 14 days. You (the buyer) pays the return postage. We refund the original postage. Please note the change of mind guarantee does not cover CD’s , DVD’s and software if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping, nor perishable, tailor made or personalised items, nor sealed coins or memorabilia if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping or case.

For Digital Content we will repair or replace during the first 30 days, if a repair or replacement is not successful you are entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the purchase price.

Goods must be returned in the same condition and packaged securely. We advise using a tracked and insured postal service. Cashbrokers cannot be held responsible for undelivered retuned goods.
